Custom made J profile rollforming line is special designed for a customer which need to produce the J profiles. The thickness of the J profile is 1.5,mm.Custom made J profile rollforming line including below parts: The ,manual decoiler, main roll forming machine, hydraulic cutting system, receliving table. For the main roll forming system, there is a feeding leveling system to adjust the strips width. This machine is with stable archway structural system. The transmission is 1.0 mm chain transmission.
